私は北海道出身で、今は本州に在住しています。北海道へ帰るたびに、新商品にワクワクする一方、昔ながらの銘菓でも本州では知られていないことが多く、もっと広めたいという思いで書いています。

In this blog, I would like to introduce Hokkaido’s food and sweets.
I am originally from Hokkaido and now live in Honshu. Every time I go back to Hokkaido, I am excited to see new products, but at the same time, there are many old-fashioned confections that are unknown in Honshu, and I am writing this in the hope of spreading the word more.
